Teralon is a visual content agency based in south west London. From branding and content strategy to production and distribution, we create cinematic visual content (including film, photography, animation, motion graphics, and live streamed content) that makes our clients look really REALLY good online. We work with a range of clients from local corporate and creative companies in London to global sports organisations and international tourism brands.

We are looking for a senior content creator (a filmmaker with some photography skills) to join our growing in-house team.

Requiring a high degree of creativity, technical knowledge, and professionalism, the role will involve you overseeing productions from start to finish, working closely with our directors, producers, editors, and other camera operators. You will be required to communicate in a clear, professional, service oriented manner with our clients, anticipating their concerns, translating their requirements, and bringing them to life on camera. On shoots, you will most often be the team leader, lead shooter, or DoP.

There will be a large amount of international travel due to the projects you will be responsible for.

This position is perfect for someone looking to stretch their creative and technical skills, with no two weeks being the same. You’ll need commitment, creativity, and a love for the art and craft of filmmaking (& photography).

The job is a full-time (40 hours per week) contract. The job will be in-office and on-location, with core office hours of 10am to 5:30pm, and some flexibility for working from home.


  • Be a team leader / lead shooter or DoP on Teralon productions
  • Work closely with our directors & producers to organise shoots
  • Work with our editors to ensure deliverables meet their requirements
  • Work with our team to learn and evolve our shooting style
  • Be responsible for logging, maintaining, and organising our in-house equipment



  • 5+ years of experience shooting and managing video productions
  • Photography experience is a valuable bonus
  • Proven track record of either in-house or freelance work with references
  • Must have experience shooting events and corporate productions
  • Must have experience working with rental houses to hire production equipment


  • Expert level of proficiency across a broad variety of common video production camera systems (Sony FX3/6/9, a7siii, Canon ranges, Black Magic, RED, Arri) – Not all required but must demonstrate deep technical and creative knowledge of how to use multiple systems
  • Knowledge of stills photography cameras & flash systems are desired
  • Must demonstrate a deep technical and creative knowledge of lighting techniques and industry standard lighting equipment
  • Expert level of proficiency across a broad variety of rigging and camera accessories
  • Mac user
  • Experience with Premiere Pro (occasional video editing required)
  • Experience with Lightroom & Photoshop
