A drone's view
THE CHALLENGE
Teralon has long worked alongside Queen Mary University of London, answering all their video needs.
On this occasion, we were called in to film an aerial showreel for Queen Mary University of London’s main campus.
THE STRATEGY
Teralon are one of very few companies to have gained permission to fly inside of central London’s restricted airspace. Therefore a full drone flight service was provided from health and safety assessment, through to the final edit. The aim was to show off all areas of the campus at it’s best.
THE SOLUTION
Teralon spent months working alongside QMUL’s staff, planning flight paths, assessing health and safety risks, pre-visualising optimal shots, and of course waiting for British weather to clear.
When time came to fly, our team of aerial cinematography experts safely and efficiently collected shots of the campus over two days of filming.
