Vinexposium unites every facet of the global wine and spirits industry through a diverse range of event formats. They serve as a trusted ally, dedicated to fostering growth and development across the sector.
Their flagship event, Wine Paris, is a major international trade show for the wine and spirits industry. With over 52,000 visitors and 5,400 exhibitors, it brings together producers, distributors, and buyers from around the globe.
As a long-term client, and we had previously helped shape Vinexposium’s content strategy. The key takeaway was a focus on the human aspect of their offering. Like wine and spirits, Vinexposium brings people together. Our approach at Wine Paris ensured that every deliverable (both in strategy and tone) positions them not as the expert, but as the enabler, fostering connections for social, professional, and knowledge-sharing purposes.
Teralon delivered a range of services at Wine Paris, including photography, event highlight videos, social media planning and account management with real-time content posting, strategic sessions for concept-driven reels, and an on-site studio for video podcast recordings with industry leaders.

A staple of the events space. Each evening, before guests had even left the venue, we published daily highlight reels to share the day’s energy and drive engagement. Then once the dust had settled, a full wrap-up video brought the entire Wine Paris experience together in an overall edit.
Our team took over Vinexposium’s social media accounts during the event, shooting and posting across multiple platforms to share high quality content in real time. The result is a dramatic increase in audience engagement and a sleek professional presence.
Planning in advance but staying nimble on the ground, a live content tracker gave the client full visibility, with instant access to all assets for internal use or repurposing.

Each Vinexposium event has its own creative identity, and for Paris, we introduced the “Overheard” concept. Designed to tap into our natural curiosity, these short-form clips offered an insider’s view of the show floor, capturing real, unscripted moments that felt fresh, spontaneous, and authentic.
With the whole wine & spirits community in the same place, we set up a full recording studio at Wine Paris for Vinexposium to host a series of Round Table discussions with thought leaders and key players, further cementing their position as the voice of the industry.
