Workspace are London’s leading commercial space supplier. As they reinvigorated their online marketing, they wanted a regular series of social and website content to showcase all the innovative ways their customers use the spaces they lease.
Teralon suggested a walkaround ‘cribs style’ editorial concept. Every month, a Workspace customer would receive a visit from our creative team and introduce us to their space. The resulting content spotlights flexible spaces used by innovative businesses.
To date, Teralon has profiled 26 Workspace customers in locations across London. Full walkthrough videos reside on the web pages for Workspace’s properties, and shorter informal clips engage social media audiences through stories, posts and reels.

Every month, Teralon reaches out to new Workspace customers to offer them the opportunity to be featured in the ongoing video series. This helps take all of the pressure off Workspace’s internal marketing team, as we handle the scheduling of shoots, liaising with the customers and helping prepare them for the filming.
